PIGPROX EddyFlex from Deyuan is a patented,
independently R&D in-line inspection eddy current PIG, launched in 2022, with over 400 successful pipelines and 6,000km service record. It is specifically designed for small-diameter, low/high pressure & flow, heavy-wall thickness, non standard traps or bimetallic pipelines.
Using high-lift-off, high-sensitivity, low-power eddy current probes, EddyFlex detects internal metal loss, internal surface cracks, pinholes, dents, wrinkles, weld anomalies, and other internal defects, supporting safe and reliable pipeline integrity management.
