PIGPROX EddyFlex Foam Intelligent Pig, is a foam-based eddy current ILI tool for oil,
gas, and urban gas pipelines with high stuck risk risk. Its highly deformable foam body
can pass through up to 40% OD single-dent deformation, making it suitable for pipelines
where conventional ILI tools may be difficult to run.
By integrating low-power, high-sensitivity eddy current sensors and an integral polyurethane foam molding process, it offers lightweight structure, excellent passability, low differential pressure, and reduced stuck risk for low-passability pipeline inspection.
